Production time: 5–7 business days from preview approval. Each portrait is hand-painted, so this is unhurried but reliable.

Shipping time:

• US: 3–5 business days, tracked.
• Canada & UK: 7–14 business days, tracked.
• Rest of world: 10–21 business days, tracked where carrier supports it.

If it's late or damaged: email orders@paintedco.com with the order number and a photo (for damage) and we'll reship at no cost.
