This policy explains what data Painted Co collects, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

• Account & order data, name, email, shipping address, order details. Collected when you place an order.
• Photos you upload, used only to produce your portrait and provide support.
• Payment data, handled by our payment processor (Shopify Payments). We never see your card number.
• Site analytics, basic usage data (pages viewed, referral source) to improve the site.

How we use it

To fulfill your order, communicate with you, and improve the product. We may send order-status emails and (if you opt in) occasional marketing email via Klaviyo. You can unsubscribe any time.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors required to run the business: Shopify, our print partners, Klaviyo (email), and Resend (transactional email). We do not sell your data.

Your rights

Email orders@paintedco.com to access, correct, or delete your data, or to opt out of marketing communications.
