What pets can you paint?

Dogs and cats are dialed in. Rabbits, birds, ferrets, horses, all work well. Reptiles and exotic pets are hit-or-miss; try the free preview first before buying.

What kind of photo works best?

Square-ish, well-lit, eyes visible. Avoid heavy filters or extreme close-ups. iPhone photos are fine, that's what most customers send.

How long until I get my portrait?

We paint and QA your portrait within 24 hours. Then it prints and ships in 3-5 business days. Total: 5-7 days for most US addresses.

What if I don't like the result?

We re-run it once for free, or refund you in full before printing. Once it's printed and shipped, we'll work with you to make it right. 30-day guarantee.

Can I order portraits of multiple pets?

Yes, multi-pet portraits work in every style. Upload one group photo, or order separate portraits per pet.

Do you paint memorial portraits?

Yes. Memorial portraits of pets who've passed are one of the most-requested orders we paint. Add a note at checkout with any specifics, collar, favorite toy, anything you'd like included. See our memorial portraits page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Most countries supported. Shipping cost calculated at checkout.

How are the portraits made?

Each portrait is rendered by our studio's painting pipeline, then hand-reviewed by an artist before it's approved for print. If it doesn't capture your pet, we rework it or refund you before anything is printed.
